Chairman of the Fashion Design Council of Canada (FDCC) helping develop Canada’s design stars with twice yearly fashion presentations at Toronto Fashion Week, Joe Mimran also launched the world famous Pink Tartan with his wife Kimberly Newport-Mimran.
