What and Where

I've been in my dark and lonely hours for so many days now but today, it's time to dust off the pretty little sequins off my top, put on a brave semi-powdered face and I'm back with a vengeance! Okay, as much as I'd like to say it is the sheer force of my will that gives me this sudden surge of courage, I can't. A lot of credit goes to you my dear friends, who I really have to honestly say, have been quite supportive and amazing in leaving me encouraging comments which, pathetic as it sounds, I read over and over again to get me through the day! Thank you, to each and everyone of you.

Believe me when I say this, I didn't think I would have posted such a sad note (Reflections) in this blog and even more so, to be in that kind of (depressing) situation to begin with. But as my dear friend, the epitome of confidence herself, Jodi puts it:

"No you don't sound depressed, you sound HUMAN and that's what so great about you is that you share your humanity on your blog, not just trying to be all fancy and perfect. You are real. Thanks for being that. That's what makes the difference in the world!!! You are awesome!!"

On that same rose-coloured note, I was awarded the 'Stylish Blogger Award' by Ashley, the casual cool chic behind Lions Lace Lattes! She's pretty, she's charming and she's got that raw talent in looking so adorable in fur and pompom hat in the midst of the freezing climate that is Canada!

I know part of the protocol is to tell you 7 things about myself but I think you already know I'm way to giddy for that right now!
