Dear Friends of 20 York Street,
It has been a terribly busy past couple weeks and I apologize if I haven't been visiting despite my best efforts to keep in touch. Though it has also been exciting (there's been lots of great news), all these travels and hyped up adrenaline tend to get you down so I've been having asthma attacks since Friday.
In the spirit of keeping things positive, I would like to send out a few heartfelt thank yous to my sweet friends: to JoAnn of Sidewalk Chalk who sent me a very lovely vintage parcel! Its not the parcel that's vintage by the way, its what's inside. =)
Thank you to Julie of Pop Champagne for taking the time out of her busy schedule to spend (a very fun) Saturday afternoon shopping with me! I was so excited meeting her, I've been following her blog, admired her wardrobe and trust me, the girl got some serious style!
Mel, you also deserve a big thank you for launching such a wonderful cause, the Blogging for Breast Cancer aWEARness campaign, which strongly support and endorse. I know I haven't posted my pink outfit yet but please know that I am eating a muesli that's turned pink with all the berries in it, it so count, yes?

Aren't good friends so crucial? I don't know what I would do without mine. I just got some new bangs- still test driving...I awoke on Sunday morning looking like I had a porcupine on my forehead! hahaha

Do they have Targets in Canada?
If not, get down south fast! Merona is one of Target's own brands, and are very reasonably priced. They make clothes and shoes!

Oh sorry for being so MIA for a bit. Got too busy with job apps, etc. Ugh. Anyway, this last picture is stunning but I think I love bangs best :) You look great either way, lucky.
And so the Zara wedges are not to be completely envied because they are actually not the most comfy. I wanted something I could wear everyday and be so comfortable in so I bought them thinking about shoe inserts but even with those cushy babies inside now they are still not quite all-day shoes. Beautiful though. Soon Zara will have online shopping for North America, why not now though!?!
